NammaLoad operates as a neutral technology marketplace. Its sole function is to provide a digital platform through which Shippers and independent Drivers can discover each other, negotiate pricing, and execute freight bookings. NammaLoad facilitates this connection but is not a party to any transportation contract formed between a Shipper and a Driver.

As NammaLoad is not a carrier, freight forwarder, logistics service provider, or transport company, it does not assume any carrier liability under the Carriage by Road Act 2007, the Motor Vehicles Act 1988, or any other applicable legislation. All carrier liability rests exclusively with the individual Driver who accepted and executed the booking.

NammaLoad does not guarantee the availability of drivers in any particular area or at any particular time. NammaLoad does not guarantee delivery timelines, route selections, or vehicle quality beyond the information provided by Drivers on their profiles. NammaLoad is not liable for service failures caused by circumstances beyond its control including network outages, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

NammaLoad uses third-party services including Google Maps for navigation, payment gateways for transactions, and SMS providers for communications. NammaLoad is not responsible for failures, inaccuracies, or disruptions caused by these third-party services.
