Privacy Policy

From Customers: name, phone number, email (optional), pickup and delivery addresses, booking history, payment information (processed by third-party gateway — not stored by us).

From Drivers: name, phone number, Aadhaar number, PAN number, driving licence, vehicle registration details, bank account details, real-time GPS location during active trips, profile photo.

To match Shippers with available Drivers; to process payments and disburse earnings; to send booking confirmations, OTPs, and delivery notifications; to display real-time location to the relevant Shipper during active trips only; to generate Proof of Delivery records; to improve platform performance and user experience; to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Driver GPS location is tracked only during active trips. Location data is shared only with the Shipper of the active booking. Location data is not sold to third parties. Historical location data may be retained for dispute resolution purposes for up to 90 days after trip completion.

We share your data only with: the other party in your booking (Driver sees Shipper's delivery address; Shipper sees Driver's name, photo, vehicle number, and real-time location); payment processors for transaction completion; SMS providers for OTP delivery; government authorities when required by law.

Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years after account closure for legal compliance. Proof of Delivery records are retained permanently as they constitute legal records of commercial transactions.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@nammaload.in. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days subject to legal retention requirements.
