Terms of Service — Customer

NammaLoad ('the Platform', 'we', 'us') is a technology marketplace operated from Hubli, Karnataka, India. NammaLoad connects individuals and businesses ('Shippers') who need freight transportation with independent transport operators ('Drivers'). NammaLoad is an intermediary platform only. NammaLoad is not a logistics company, transport company, carrier, or freight forwarder and does not at any point take physical possession of, transport, or insure any goods.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

When you place a booking on NammaLoad, you are submitting a request for transportation services to be fulfilled by an independent Driver. NammaLoad facilitates the connection between you and the Driver. The contract for transportation services is formed directly between you (the Shipper) and the Driver (the Transport Operator). NammaLoad is not a party to this transportation contract.

4.1 NammaLoad accepts no responsibility, liability, or obligation whatsoever for the safety, security, condition, or delivery of goods transported through bookings made on the Platform.

4.2 The Driver is solely responsible for the goods from the time of pickup until delivery is confirmed via OTP.

4.3 NammaLoad strongly recommends that Shippers obtain adequate transit insurance for all goods transported through the Platform. NammaLoad does not provide, arrange, or endorse any insurance product.

4.4 In the event of loss, theft, damage, delay, or non-delivery of goods, your recourse is against the Driver directly, not NammaLoad.

4.5 NammaLoad may, at its sole discretion and without obligation, assist in facilitating dispute resolution between Shippers and Drivers.

You must not use NammaLoad to transport: (a) illegal goods or contraband; (b) hazardous materials, explosives, or flammable substances without prior written approval and compliance with applicable law; (c) live animals without proper documentation; (d) currency, negotiable instruments, or precious metals in excess of Rs. 50,000 in value without declaration; (e) perishables without appropriate vehicle arrangements; (f) any goods whose transportation is prohibited under applicable Indian law. Violation of this clause releases NammaLoad from all liability and may result in immediate account termination.

6.1 All payments for bookings are processed through the Platform.

6.2 The price displayed at booking confirmation is the final price inclusive of platform service fees.

6.3 Platform fees are non-refundable except as provided in the Cancellation Policy.

6.4 NammaLoad is not responsible for any banking charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion costs incurred by you.

Cancellation terms are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy. NammaLoad reserves the right to cancel any booking at its discretion if it detects fraudulent activity, prohibited goods, or violation of these Terms.

All content on the NammaLoad platform including the name, logo, software, and interface is the property of NammaLoad. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hubli, Karnataka, India.

NammaLoad reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
