For Transport Operators registered on NammaLoad
1.1 You are an independent contractor, self-employed transport operator. You are not an employee, agent, joint venture partner, or representative of NammaLoad.
1.2 NammaLoad does not control how, when, or where you provide transportation services.
1.3 You are solely responsible for your own income tax, GST compliance, insurance, vehicle maintenance, and all statutory obligations under applicable Indian law.
1.4 NammaLoad does not provide you with any employment benefits, provident fund contributions, gratuity, or any other statutory employment benefits.
To register and remain active on NammaLoad you must at all times hold and maintain: (a) a valid commercial driving licence appropriate for your vehicle class; (b) valid vehicle registration certificate (RC); (c) valid vehicle insurance including third-party liability; (d) valid fitness certificate for your vehicle; (e) valid goods carriage permit (where applicable under Motor Vehicles Act); (f) valid PAN card for payment processing. Failure to maintain any of the above will result in immediate suspension from the platform.
3.1 From the moment you confirm pickup of goods until OTP-verified delivery, you are solely and completely responsible for the safety, security, and condition of all goods in your possession.
3.2 You must handle all goods with reasonable care appropriate to their nature.
3.3 In the event of loss, theft, damage, or delay of goods while in your custody, you are liable to the Shipper directly. NammaLoad is not liable.
3.4 You are strongly advised to obtain appropriate carrier liability insurance. NammaLoad does not provide such insurance.
4.1 NammaLoad charges a platform commission on each completed booking. The applicable commission rate is communicated at the time of registration and may be updated with 30 days notice.
4.2 Commission is deducted from your Driver wallet automatically on trip completion.
4.3 Earnings above your security deposit threshold are disbursed to your registered bank account as per the payout schedule communicated at registration.
You must at all times: (a) be courteous and professional with Shippers; (b) arrive at pickup location within the estimated time; (c) not carry goods other than those specified in the booking; (d) not subcontract or delegate accepted bookings without prior written approval; (e) not solicit direct payments from Shippers outside the platform; (f) not discriminate against Shippers on any basis; (g) maintain your vehicle in roadworthy condition at all times.
NammaLoad may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform for: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) repeated poor ratings; (d) failure to maintain required documentation; (e) non-delivery or theft of goods; (f) any conduct that damages the reputation of NammaLoad. NammaLoad is not obligated to provide a reason for termination.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NammaLoad, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your transportation services; (b) loss, theft, or damage of goods; (c) road accidents involving your vehicle; (d) your violation of any applicable law; (e) your breach of these Terms.
